Nice.
Why does it have the ugly bar on it?

Because it fit.
Takes the same bar as an 088.
Handles pretty well for it’s size. For perspective that’s a 36” bar and a 48’ Red Elm that got bucked into two 16’ and two 8’ logs. Took les time to do than to tell it.

Very nice!
I like the slim profile. Seems as it would be handy to operate.
How do you like it?

I like her, its quite a unique design although saws of this model range were sold
under different brands.
I haven't used her and I probably won't do so, just keep her a shelf queen.
Drawback from using the saw is: No automatic chain lubrication, need
to push the button on top every few moments.

Finally I finished my 2nd SACHS-DOLMAR 123 yesterday:









Killswitch needs replacement still and the starter handle is aftermarket fare. Will be replaced.

Shiny Shiny an other Nice one. What Magic cleaner do You use?

There's little if any magic involved. I clean my saws mostly with oven cleaner spray and for
the worst oil soaked parts brake cleaner.
Sometimes I resort to a high pressure blast but most actual cleaning work
is done with bamboo sticks to pry the dirt out.
To refresh dull powder coatings and fainted colors I use a rag wetted with aceton.
Its amazing how vivid most surfaces look atferwards.
