Also for those not aware. @Gentleman was able to get some Raisman diaphragm and gasket kits for the bing 49b carb on the PS 9000/ DCS 9000 and Stihl 064. After getting it in hand it is correct for these carbs.

The needle number is
1110-121-5100 it fits multiple Stihl models carbs and should be available at your local dealer.

I will be putting one in this saw. Won’t be running yet for a while still. Gotta wait on fire parts for it.
Seems the locating pin holes on pump side are a hair bit wide but everything goes together well still.
Pump diaphragm is a woven greybrubber material.3E8AB1B1-FF4A-4D1C-B011-F76598F855E3.jpeg

All intake/fuel handling back together now.

The bid is mine atm.
Just in case you don't know....the DSC 4301 is based on the early Ps-420 and is not exactly the same as the current PS-420/EA-4300 .
It makes 2.0 kw not 2.2 kw , uses the normal size spark plug cylinder and uses a Walbro WTE-6 carb.
They run nicely on the WTE ...just not the same spec overall.

And what would your thoughts be on price, it has a snapped bar stud. I had a Dolmar 420sc which I thought was nice.

1...Price ...a new EA-4300 (through the proper channels) is only £320.00 so just keep that in mind.
2... Takes a lot to to "snap" a stud IMO .........!

Well went ahead and put the old ignition stuff on since it was untested as of yet and no fire on ZAT 4 ignition tester. Looks like it’ll be a bit before it’s bsck to life

IMHO just by the shape of the bar's nose rollers it looks a bit strange on a 9010. Would probably look better on a pre-Sachs
Dolmar like a CA, CC or CT.
You don't happen to have one of these in your barn?

No... wilhelm and I were trying to get one here and it kinda fell apart on us.

Well I changed the plug wire out on it and it at least fired, but runs like crap I’m unsure at this point if it’s a fuel issue or a fire issue.

Just to be safe if I have somebody bring me a saw that fuel may be a question I use a can of canned premix. Pretty much eliminates the fuel factor.
