....And is the same as the Dolmar 111. The 115/5200 is the most powerful of the group at 2.7 kw /approx 3.6hp followed by the 520/111 at 2.4kw/approx 3.3 hp. Same case but has a open port cylinder where as the 115/5200 is closed port ...111/520 =12500 rpm free, 115/5200=13000 rpm free.

Thanks, I can't wait to machine the cylinder and get it ported. I was going to have it done but decided I'd do it ma self. Going to mod the carb per poleman and I'm going to try and figure out this limited coil issue.

No I'm working on the dolmar coil and using other circuit architecture to "fix" the Rev limit.

I spoke with a guy on here but I'm just going forward on my own. I have a few buds who are electrical eng guys, once I see what is in a Rev limited coil, and an unlimited coil, I can backward eng it.
