Excellent, thanks! 20" length.

I'd be in for a 28"
The two I got can easily be cut down.

I think this one is the 24" I purchased, but the 32" is made the same way with 4" markings (I think, I would have to check to be certain).

32" scabbard

What ever happened to that custom bar?

Still a possibility. I sourced the titanium and other stuff. It's a back burner project for sure. I need to model some different assembly types then apply the forces in solid works to see how they do. I'm thinking something similar to what Oregon does for cutout shape, but not hold with rivets, actually a captured part.

This is my first post. I just bought a Dolmar PS-6100 with 20” bar. It’s a new saw and will arrive tomorrow. I was wondering where I can purchase factory Dolmar parts for it if needed? I don’t plan on having to replace much but until I learn more about aftermarket bars and chains for the saw I want to know where I can get a stock replacement bar, chain and sprocket? Thank you!

picked up a Makita DCS520. I put new crank bearings, piston ring, drum bearing, carb kit and crank seals.Comp is at 155psi. Starts really easily and seems to run well. Performance wise, I don't think it's even close to my 026 or my 54cc Poulan 336. Am I missing something or are these saws just a slow and steady model?

Your 520 is the same saw as the Dolmar 111 . In standard form....52cc open port ,12500 free max rpm , 2.4kw=3.3hp.
Tuned on the money and with a 15" .325 bar and chain they cut faster and hold higher rpm than using 3/8 (Full size chain ) they often were set up for. Not a high rpm saw but around 9000 rpm in the cut is easily attainable.

Thanks. I'll swap it over to a .325 and see how it goes.
