Dealer checked it but wanted 3k - 4k to fix it. Took it to a trans shop on a buddies recommendation. They rebuilt trans but didn't see anything major wrong. Close inspection of harness with trans out showed the pinched harness.

That should be covered by the factory. I mean who else put that in the wrong spot.
