Do you work on a printing press?
I work at a print shop. My machine is a holographic web press no ink involved but plenty of *f-wording headaches to say the least. We make a lot of the base stock for Pokemon and Yugi oh some Tops and all the shiny Russel Stover candy heart box lids

Sweet! This is one of two presses at work. I run the machine that cuts the big roll down to size.179574_363092380418750_1625536009_n.jpg

We run tipping paper for cigarettes. We can run up to 8 colors but most are 4 and under. That press in the picture is our narrow one goes up to 36" web. On the other side the second press will run up to 74" web. Of course the type of print and color effects speed but we normally run 1000-1200 foot a min.

Yeah were running 12pt up to 30pt stock at 100 fpm to 275fpm were also glueing a plastic metallized film to the board then side trimming and cutting to length. And we also have the mister Magoo of engineering that made are home made pos. And funny I get you name now I thought before you just liked hand rolling cigarettes lol.

Sounds like an interesting process you have going on. I definitely feel you on the engineer.. I'll just leave it at ours is special. After the roll comes off your press to yall slit it down or leave it full size? I run a slitter myself blasting about 2100 feet per minute. Funny thing the press runs at half that but never stops so it's still hard to keep up.
