Just a little huh?
That’s how we used to put it up for the dairy cows..
Spent many a day pushing and packing the bunker silo.
And running the guts out of a JD 4020 on the blower when we filled 3-Harvestor’s up in MI..

I liked the bunker silo better,.

Less than most, some dairy's around here put up a 1/4 million tons a year...then there's the alfalfa!

Who’s the lucky fella in the case IH??

Used to be me but the last bunch of years it's been done by a custom outfit. They can put up in days what we did in weeks

Yes, so did I. Had to go up twice a day, open top, and pull the bags up. then go up to let bags back down. Gets old quick!

Well my half drowned sweetcorn has dried out and has decided to start tassling at only about 3' tall..

That *s-word just pisses me off just looking at it..

I have 5 variety of sweet corn. Some is 8ft tall and just tasseling and some look like a skinny azz short woman with big ol knockers. Gonna have to damn near sit down to pick the ears off.
