Well that stinks. My friend thought they would work. I guess I'll have to look into this more. It works great for clipping under the hotwire.

If you can fit a pencil under the hold downs, bolts and nuts should work. Mine is much tighter.

My IH balanced head is the same way. Not enough clearance. SCI does make a kit though.

I can get a set of hold down clamps that allow me to use bolts. I think that having a rivet tool is a good idea anyway, so.....

It snaps the sickle off the knife punches out rivets and puts a nice tight factory round rivet back in. People used to bring their knives over to use that tool. I still use it randomly enough not to let it go but that one is worth looking into used if you can find one

I've been lucky enough to never have to have messed with them. Knocking out broken bolts I've had my fair share of though.

I'm gonna lay down a few acres in the morning. We've had so much rain that the weeds are out growing the grass.....gotta get this stuff baled.

Got a question for the farmers. Why do some farmers plant a planter swoth of beans then corn then beans throughout the feild. Why not plant half beans half corn. Just curious to what the benefits are or if its more for testing differant brands?
