I did not buy it.......

I don't doubt that it was well made or other top handles for that matter. Personal opinion, I just don't like them, for me they feel awkward to handle, that is why I joke on here that all top handle saw are junk/trash. I worked on a couple of Echo's for a coworker, the saws worked great, but not for me.
I have not found a need on small stuff yet that my 440 could not handle, but then again, I don't climb trees and cut either. When you need a top handle, they’re great. The rest of the time they just twist your wrist.
That's a decent deal. Not particularly a saw on my bucket list tho and out of my driving radius.

Another option once you have made 10 (or 15, I can't remember off hand which) posts here on the forum, you can create a post with a "Wanted" thread for the saw(s) you are looking for. There are quite a few people on the forum here have large collections and may have a runner or project saw they are willing to sell. One of the great things here is the option to share information and pictures and sometimes people will share phone numbers to make the transfer of information easier. I have gotten three of my four McCullochs (2 x 10-10 and a 200) from people here on the forum.Looking for a McCulloch Power Mac 6 or 610, and it looks like the only option if I want to get one before I expire from old age is ebay.
