Long way from here. "Not worth fixing" is often relative in many shops. I bought 3 boxes of parts from a guy years ago. He said he knew he had two complete saws in the boxes.
One saw was partially disassembled. He was told the same thing. I had parts to build 2 saws, then was only missing a few for the 3rd pro saw (Stihl 044's). Built all three of the
saws that were not worth fixing. I figured out I liked buying saws that were "not worth fixing".

This one is way too far from me though.

This 59cc chain saw weighs less than a Husqvarna 372 or Stihl 460, but has equal if not more power but at half the price because the engine has been ported. This is a very fast and powerful saw for only 59cc. Only one tank of gas run through it since new, used to cut up one tree. $540 with 24" bar, or $500 with 20" bar. I have extra new or like new 20" bars and chains: $40 for each extra bar and chain combo.

Maybe I should take my ported 372 over but not tell him its ported and run them together and see what he got to say. Dont know if it's the same guy in Mt.Juliet, but he used to put alot of stuff up on craigslist then kinda disappeared for a while
