Looks like someone's pole climbing setup. You'd have more into buying it all new, but it's not really the best for tree work.

Are you close to that?

Do you need a setup, if so go with an SRT kit, it's a bit more equipment, but it's a lot easier on the body.
I have some extras here.

First two pictures looks like a machine that will file and set the kerf on hand saws. Big business back in the day.

The black box in the add is for brazing carbides onto circular saw blades.

The red box is for adding the hot dip wax to the freshly sharpened circular saw blades

The single green box I believe is for sharpening circular saw blades

The tool with the long arm and center pivot looks like it’s for checking warp ness or tooth set height.
