I was afeared of that. It's like someone asking me to grab something in the opposite corner of my county. Yeah, it's 'close', but there would be a day of driving to get back and forth.

Is there an easy way to "convert" Jonsred to equivalent Husky/whichever model number? Not many Jonsereds in my neck of the woods, but when I do see one, I have this fleeting thought of, "ooh! is that the one that's a 372 in disguise?" and then zoom in to realize it's a 35cc clamshell.

Not really. It depends on the ‘generation’ of the saw. And even then I can’t figure out the logic of all of them.
