I would agree with you because an arborist might delimb it but a logger would just drop it. Probably no room to drop it whole without it landing in the neighbors yard or possibly taki g equipment over the neighbors lawn and making ruts. Who knows. People are wack.Wouldn't an arborist not worry about a signed letter from the neighbors?
Point is, the logger don't want it if he has any liability in the deal, he's just hoping to get a couple stray logs out of the upper section, but it really sound like a bunch of crap.I would agree with you because an arborist might delimb it but a logger would just drop it. That was the part I liked best too.Rent-A-Slice??

I met up with the owner of the Husky 350 today! The story was a branch fell on it and now it runs but the clutch wont spin. Racked my brain for two days along with a few of you guys! Well I looked at it and gave him the $25 he was asking. Came with a 18" bar and newer Stihl chain. Upon inspection the handle was bent and the front bar stud was pushed into the tank. I tried to put the clutch cover on but the brake was engaged. When I noticed that I spun the clutch and it was free. That's when I thought it's time to pick up my new saw and shake hands and leave. I stopped at parking lot with good lighting on the way home. She fired up and the clutch spins just fine! So my guess is the branch hit the saw and bent the top handle and engaged the brake. He hit the throttle and the chain didn't spin. He then took the clutch cover off to check it out. I bet he had to pry off the cover and that's how the bar stud made its way into the oil tank. Here it is. It will soon have a 346 p/c on it!
