That's cool, we are in Lowell 5 min off the expressway, right between Lansing and GR, but closer to GR 25-30 min away.
So how were you gonna make it to Detroit area in that amount of time, or were you talking about me, there and back.
I drove truck for many yrs out of the burbs of that stink hole , the best thing about it is putting it in the mirrors .

My folks live in Cascade (on the Thornapple) and my in-laws are over in Charlotte, so I know the area well. We try to make it back to see our kin at least once per year, and yes, I've picked up Craigslist finds along the trail...
