I was asking about an Echo 590 on eBay earlier today. The seller if he could clarify not turning over. They answered with its starting now so I'm pulling the add and relisting it for a higher price.

Far as I know as long as it's not stolen you can carry it. Kind of like me carrying the wife's pistol or vise versa.

Troof and same as dub said as well.as long as not a convicted felon or domestic charge can own and carry.if concealed need a carry permit.even without permit can still carry it in vehicle just not cocealed and has to be in a holster.your vehicle is your personal property same as your home in most states .some states are open carry.some states like fl you can open carry to and from hunting fushing or camping with no permit.
