well i counted 60 saws there, if they all have a 25 inch bar they would be 1,129 at my dealer so let me do some math.......................................................... $67,740 and in my state its 8 percent tax so the grand total would be drum roll please.... $73,159.20 say if they got 20 percent off it would be $58,527.36

I would hope that they are making more than a twenty percent margin on their saws...but then, I don't know what the margin is on them. Maybe it's like the motorcycle business...don't make a lot on the units themselves, but you score on the parts, accessories, and clothing!

Right after the MS 461 came out a Logging Company up here bought a few I was at the Stihl Shop when they came in; the pallet had 24 saws on it and they started un boxing them and starting them up and I thought that was neat ...

The blm crews get a truck load of stuff from the Stihl dealer here every year. But I've never seen that many saws in one place all brand new like that. Pretty impressive.

Yes, your float is Mag as well.

With modern Stihls, it can take years. The powder coating they use on the crankcases is very good. Unfinished Mag can rot very quickly on unfinished concrete that's in a non-heated building, but in a heated building with finished concrete and new saws, it isn't an issue for a very long time.
