Hmmmm...betting there isn't a RedskinsFan (I guess CommandersFan now). Its been a lot of years since there was much to cheer about there, maybe one day they'll have a comeback like the Lions are having! I have a hard time following them anymore, the PC name change turned my stomach...
I caught the Bears/Skins game a week ago to see what all the hype was about. They look pretty solid to me.

Ahhh good ole Rockford. If I'm remember correctly from my childhood my friend had two 12 inch Rockford fosgate subs I believe modified 1 ohm?? (possibly same model) .
If they were Power HX2’s you’d know and remember lol. The bare speaker weighs 38lbs and the magnet alone is close to 19lbs. The magnet just barely fits in the opening when you stick the sub in its box hole. The HX2’s I have have dual 2ohm coils. Not a lot of amps at the time were 1ohm stable if you had only one sub and didn’t want to run at 4ohms.

The only thing that came close to it “back in the day” was the pair of 12” Kicker Solo X’s I had for a brief moment. Those things were something else.

Man this is dredging up some memories !!

I'm LAWN BOY, for 2 reasons.
1. I love the LAWN BOY brand, they're old 2 stroke push mowers are so awesome. I grew up on and got into lawn care via my dad's LAWN BOY 2 stroke utility model pain mower, the deck rusted out terrible tho and the recoil broke. Scrapped the deck and kept motor for parts. I now have my own LAWN BOY 7073 2 stroke push mower. I want more LAWN BOY stuff eventually.
2. I'm a boy, and I mow lawn. LAWN BOY

Man in my day it was the cerwin vegas…then a lot of JL audio and Rockfords. And some Kicker. Some people got into some really high end stuff. Dual band pass boxes were all the rage as well lol.

I have assembled enough Cerwin Vega RE era speakers to put together a Dolby Atmos surround setup in the media room in my shop. Something about those big ol buggers makes me grin ear to ear when they let loose.

I had a couple JL Audio subs but the HX2’s I have now were my favorite.

I always joked with people running band pass boxes that they didn’t care about sound quality, just quantity. Stick a sub in a small sealed box and listen to it sing !!

Na it came about from the first cobra I owned. I think I was 19 or 20? Was a white 94 cobra. Kinda miss it. First year sn95 cobra. And 94-95 only sn95 302 cobras made before they switched to 4.6 4v in 96. But, I’d like a 93 cobra even more. Should’ve bought one 20 years ago when they were “cheap.”
