Yours probably gets used. This one needs to get out more but I usually just grab a different saw.
It doesn't get used as much as I would like, I ended up rebuilding it after the previous owner caught it on fire. There are a couple of screws busted in the case and screw holes that need to be retapped. I don't have a tap set yet, so it just sits for now.

Odd looking clutch cover, is it off a 661? 441? 361 even?
Possible, it is a nos I just pulled out of the box. The one that was on the saw when I got it is pretty rough and went in the mag repair pile.

You're right - it's the large cover for 361/441. The 661 comes with either captured bar nuts or without. All of the large 661 covers I've seen do not have captured bar nuts.
I found a good couple 1122 648s so will swap

My 661 has the captive nuts.
