I will also say I'm a newb with the Simington and I've only done .050 and .063 on it. I'm fairly certain that the .063 groove is still tight enough to do .058 though.

They should be plenty sharp

This is also going with the top cover. It fits the 180-480 cd saws. Cylinder is decent, some wore plating under the intake. Piston is usable but needs hardware.

This is a big bore 357....AM. 47mm. Took it off a saw i bought. Actually looks like its well made besides the plating flake that came off above the exhaust. But 357/9 had thin plating so its pretty much rite in line with OEM

Hmmm. Thanks Dave! And what do u do after heat? Use cleaner or abrasives? I did the plastic renew to quad fenders along time ago and they came out nice. If i charged for the man hrs i could of bought new ones. But for this old stuff that aint made no more i figured it would be worth it. Plus its much smaller
