Rocketnorton: yes, the m11 pulled both the 5 axle and super b.
I haven't weighed the super b yet loaded and the 5 axle, I've had grossed 137,000lbs.
The m11 isn't the fastest truck pulling the trailers but is able to get up to speed quickly enough that it's not a hindrance to traffic.
Also the m11 has been able to maintain its speed once it's up there at 57 mph which is more than the posted speed limit here.
At first the boss thought the truck may be too slow, but he recently followed me from a job site to the sawmill and he didn't find the speed too slow at speeding up.
We have 2 550 hp cats in our company as well and they sure haul the mail with same trailers loaded!
I just relax and have patience with the little engine.
D'shawn. ran m11 @ 400, 5 axle t&t, loaded light all the time, so weren't too bad... w/up to 9% grades on some hiways here, need the torque of the bigguns. one road [bella coola, bc] is 18%, gotta split trains.
never got to work it real hard, cause it was always light loads. was a new truck, fl112, I only put first 100k on it. dunno if 330-400 bump is doable by keyboard or not... might be worth checkin into.
ya, 08 dpf setup leaves somethin to be desired. works good, but when goin for a chit, its a big one... they did a delete on one of 4. its as much of pita. that 565 will push a 625 cat up a steep hill, tho.
