Took a couple oak logs to the sawmill today. Should make some nice qs lumber from the better logs and the rest will be sawn for trailer decking.

Mine and my dads amateur logging attempt.
Dragged out two spruces but got stuck with the last log 13' long 27" dia. Got it moving half way with the winsch but gave up after getting stuck in the mud over and over.

Its has a lsd in the rear but open in the front, would like a torsen up front dont know much about them other than they are automatic.
I'ts accually a 1 ton truck, I have dually rims and I am going to build a flatbed and put a hydraulic crane on it. "Just" have to order material for the bed and 6 tires, I should buy it now before the inflation doubles the price, It would cost me 3500$ atleast at the moment.
