I broke it Thursday evening, got an Xray and checked out at the urgent care, then they sent the info to an orthopedic surgeon specialist something something. We were supposed to hear back immediately, but we didn’t hear until this morning. We have a consultation tomorrow in the morning to see what is going to happen I suppose. The urgent care doctor was confident I’d need some sort of surgery, but I really don’t know.
Did you heal up well?

So did they give you a shoulder harness that pulls your shoulders back, while you're waiting? It essentially keeps your shoulders back, to restrict movement, and to keep the bone from grinding on itself, which stings a bit, as you may be finding out.

Yeah, mine healed up fine. No pain, or restricted movement or anything like that, and the second time happened 22 years ago. There's an obvious knot where the bone healed, but that's it. Instead of healing end to end, it healed one bone on top of the other. So the calcium deposit (or whatever it's called) connecting the 2 is noticeable.

I didn't have insurance at the time and they said all surgery would do, is line things back up, end to end, but if I didn't do it, it would still heal up fine.

I was riding dirt bikes in about 4 weeks, they said it would take 8 weeks. Where you are younger, you should heal pretty quick. I hope everything goes good, and they don't cut you open just because.

Just a sling for now, but that was just from the urgent care. It’s good to hear it healed up fine for you and you were able to do the same things. It’s my left collarbone, and I hold my saw in my left arm, so I hope it heals properly and I’ll be able to fall timber the same.
We are heading to the doctor in a little bit, and hopefully get some answers.

I've got a marble sized growth on my left collar bone as well. It don't bother me at all, stuff heals itself to an extent. I know how your feeling right now and I promise you it's temporary.

Just concentrate on wrestling timber.. Tell the brother in law to go wack off to Kylie Jenner pics

yeah when I first started out the tractor driver got me into the firm and he would put up with Douglas and larch not trimmed but he wouldn’t have any buttresses on cedar or spruce
If it's small wood with a 'one man band' then for sure Andrew. Certainly dressed logs will make it economic or not.. as we see in England.

Out west is the same. It has to be economic. Little to do with self pride..

It's not a job, and certainly not a fallers job.

Thanks, I really feel stupid for how this all happened. If it heals up normal, I’ll be happy.

I was very talkative, and then apparently the singing started and went for a while. An embarrassing song as well, lol.

I know where you’re coming from
When I had surgery for my esophageal cancer I was in ICU for 7 days they had me on Demerol and morphine
Family tells me things that I was saying and crying and flowers growing out of the walls and animals running thru the icu
Wow [emoji50]
