We went for a stroll and met a friendly pup.
They like each other, which is rare with my pup being picky about other dogs.

My pup Heidi and my uncles senior pup Timo.

Drying excess bread for the ducks, for storing.
Pup took it upon herself to safeguard it.
She didn't help herself, though did not mind me giving her crumbs to eat.
So well behaved!

My sisters pups.
Senior generation vs Junior generation.
Senior Odin just celebrated his 16th (17 something is a record for his breed, fingers crossed may he break that record by a couple years).
Junior Taron is still a "pup" but already sports a towering height - his dad is exceptionally big for his breed.
Taron is being trained to search for Truffles, pull a cart and other things.
He is also purebred and will participate in breeding programs.

For reference, Taron's father height comes in at 75cm/29 1/2" which is above average for his breed.

All she needs is food & cuddles, and walks, and sleeping in my bed - so humble.


We need to take more walks to melt some of that belly away and wear down those gorgeous black claws.
Not an easy task with the heat setting in early AM and not budging till like 10PM.
We both crave the cold, we did 4 hour hikes easy January & February.

Yeah, we are out of shape, but it is also too damn hot already early in the AM.
