Give it 12 tanks of fuel to break in before you pass judgement.
Are those clutch covers metal or plastic on the 362 V2?
Yes.I see the Stihl website currently shows both an adjustable carb 261 and the MTronic, are they really selling both versions in that model? My local shop was clueless about it.
We poasted that at the same time.
Quit tryin to steal my shine.
No.
Thank me...i said it first.
Randy raises cattle..he's no saw expert.
I run 20" on my 362c and 24" on bigger saws (36 only when needed ). I got 20 and 24 lightweight Total bars Ford150. Awesome to deal with.So I just stopped at a Stihl dealer to PU some parts, but the main part I need is Back Ordered! (the 201T clutch drum).
However, they had both a 362 C Ver I and II on the shelf. I hefted both of them, there was not a big difference. I think running a 20" E bar (like I have on mine) is better than Ver II with a 20" ES bar! The ES just weights the front of the saw down!
I can't seem to find the weight I had for a 20" ES bar, but I have 24" E bars (no longer made?) and my 24" ES Wide Nose bar is 9.2 oz heavier than my 24" E bar (that is over 1/2 lb, all in front), and the 28" ES Light bar is 4.2 oz lighter than the 24" E bar. They are very light.
Personally Awesome???Im gonna haves me a version 2 at the end of next week.
Awesome.
Very nice saw there RandyI'm not sure why this saw doesn't get much love........but I like em.
Cmon Mike let's face it Stihl dealers are pretty clueless most of the time on new models anyway not enough Stihl corporate feedback to them ,then it makes them look stupidThe C model was a big improvement there.

Personal saw. What do you call a saw that you own?
