Ported 460s are pretty good at that. Aren't 044/440s only designed to oil a 28" bar?

I think if you fill a 28" bar in hardwood, you will know what it can do.

You can mod the oiler and run full skip, it will work fine for occasional use. My oiler is stock and seems to keep up

With a .050 gauge chain 28 is about max ,.063 gauge a 440 oils a 32 inch bar fine from my experience with stock oiler .

Good to know Brian. My 28" light is also .063, as are all my 24" bars on the 460s. I think, especially for milling, they are better.
