Borrowed a mandrel cutter from Dan @paragonbuilder and Al @drf256 sent me some cutters. Big thanks to those two guys.
I acquired another 7900 last week and have an 064 to port (also 52mm) so that mandrel is a godsend.

Got set up and started cutting the band this morning.

Hopefully have her up and running soon.
I have two jobs and five kids, so saw time is very limited.

I have 4, so you have me beat, but a couple of my kids have some gnarly teefs Does that count?

I cant wait to see what you are doing with this saw. I like that you are doing it on your own for the most part.

Yessir, picked up the first male and female, they were so awesome when we called the next time they had just had a litter and it was at 8 weeks, drove all the way to CA to pick up another one. So they are all Bro's and Sis's.

They are awesome dogs, and none of my neighbors bother me one bit.

I've been thinking about getting one of them or a German shepherd for around the yard and to be with the kids.

Still a bunch of grinding and finishing to do.
Haven’t touched intake, exhaust or uppers yet.

Here's another one, this one was bad, the dog that did this almost did not stand the test of time. But he still lives to this day and I forgave him. Dog in the pic is in my avatar, Jax, he is the smartest he is a true leader, and even though Zeke did this to him he never backed down and he stood his ground and he is alpha to this day. He was able to refrain from inflicting this same harm to the other dog. I think that is very gentleman like.

On my lowers, I gasket matched to the case, then I used that gasket to match the lowers. The gasket covers some area on my saw, not sure it's the same but I am betting that it is.
