The only thing that swaps between those 2 is a couple of the screws. Maybe some clutch parts

Oh, okay. I just did some work to my 66 I went from a wj69 to a wj10a which has a bigger jet. And I bored out the barrel of the carb, runs way stronger and better so I’m gonna leave it for now until I get it ported

I know that on the stalk cylinder. It would fit if it’s bored and replated I’m just not sure about the connecting rod length on if the piston will hit the top.
Please let everyone know who will replate
The cylinder for you, that part could be extremely difficult and $$$

395 piston will fit a big bore 56mm am 660 jug. I did it. Takes some piston machine work and I think a spacer. I’d have to check my notes.

Fwiw, ran pretty good. But a 54mm OEM jug with an oem piston whooped its ass. No fingers or nothin. @mdavlee recipe.

Saw is still running well. You cannot beat oem transfer tunnels. Sow’s ear vs silk purse kinda stuff. In the end, I timed the ex near 100 and shulda been on the 95 range.

Remember that once you bore a jug out, you reduce transfer tunnel area. Part of why big bores run shítty. At $180, you are at a bargain though.

Yeah, I’m not sure if I should do it. As it is rn it runs pristine and I’ve raced with it already a I beat several modded saws as mine is still stock

Here’s a vid of it running, I had it to lean at the time, after I cut some wood I fine tuned it.
