I'm with Al. Use the splitter and the bearing will stay in the case. If your Chinese 660 is anything like mine the bearing will go on and come off the crankshaft pretty easy.

Could just be a wonky lobe. How does concentricity look at the crank ends?

Has a wobble at the crank end,
I believe it's an assembly problem.

Yep. Usually. If it doesn't that sometimes indicates a spun bearing... at least in my experience.

So upon closer inspection this crank is a paperweight.... Popped it apart with my new splitter...

Put on on a crank truing stand...
Bearing surfaces square/true, flywheel side minimal runout..(.001)
PTO side not awful...(.0025)
So why the wonky throw???
Pics should help although not easy to take where they show how messed up this thing is!

My best guess is that the main piece of the two piece crank was not set square before the finish machining was done. Was then used and assembled with a properly machined flywheel side resulting in my extra wonky wobbler....
