I really wish I could! My youngest is having another surgery on the 26th. She's had a rough start in life,but were hoping this surgery is one of her last!
There will be other gtg's and I'll get to one someday. :( :)

I started this thread to learn about 660's. I completed step one, What's your thoughts fellas? (Ok I know port the snot out of it)but, before I do that I'm going to run it for awhile.
You guys see any I should change with that mm?

1. Acquire 660.
2. Run the piss out of it!
3. ??
Cut the baffle out of the inside of the muffler, then run the snot out of it

Yeah, the baffle has been removed (sounds easy when you say it like that) from both of mine.
I started with a dual port and a hole drilled in the front of the baffle but It always felt held back

With the baffle cut out all together, the tune leaned right out and I needed to add more fuel with the additional airflow.
It added a good few hundred RPM to when it started to 4 stroke.

Its realy loud with the baffle out and big open holes in the can, so get good hearing protection.
My old 066 red light sounds like a fat old harley at idle
