My advice was off as well.@timmad17 Didn’t mean lead you down the wrong path. I should have said advance it a whisper. Steve and Al have given sage advice on moderately advancing that timing (in stock form).
Try to advance the timing and see if you like it. On the ones I’ve done, they haven’t liked it enough or it made things worse. I don’t make the effort anymore on this model.

Everyone’s recipes vary, we all are at different altitudes, and we all cut at different ambient temps at times.
Blanket statements about a saw model will always be met with skepticism, which is appropriate. There will always be exceptions.
Think about what ignition timing does. In no way am I trying to say my porting/recipe is superior, but the more one fills a chamber with charge and compresses it to be on the edge of a full burn, the less ignition advance one needs for maximum efficiency.
Multiple variables in play here. You should try it, you can always go back to stock.
