Stihl .325 RS and RM chain gro\inding angles?

I'm trying to figure out the best angle for a Stihl .325" pitch .050 gauge - Chain model : 23RS

Can't understand on the Stihl grinding chart... I have an Oregon 410-120 and I already understand the angles are inverted but I still don't understand their chart for this one as it looks like it says the top plate angle should be 75 for the RS? Which just seems incorrect..... The Stihl grinding angle chart sucks

Those angles are just starting points.

I use 30°/55°/0° on most chains, unless someone requests something else, or I have a specific reason.

25°/55°/0° is on what I settled on all my chains.

The 25° holds a better edge, this was a game changer for me and what I cut.
I can't get beyond 55° on my grinder, though I'd like to on semi chisel, still works fine.
Anything +/- 0° doesn't seem to change much for what I cut so I just leave it at 0°
