Stihl 241c chain and bar options

I’d like to change my ported 241c to .325 chain.
I’ve got a new sprocket but am having trouble finding a .63 bar and chain.
Any suggestions?

I don't mean this as rudely as it sounds, but maybe just get a b/c combo that's not .063?

Did you have a bar size you are looking for? 16", 18"?

Here are some options:

8ten - Chainsaw Bar & Chain Kit 18 Inch For Stihl Homelite MK1002902

Archer - 18" Guide bar & chain COMBO .325-063-68DL 025 MS210 MS250 replaces Stihl 183SLBA074

Though, like stated above, you will probably get better results and more options especially from Stihl by going with their .050 .325 chain. A couple of years ago they started moving away from .325 .063 to .050 due to its faster cutting (less metal dragging in the wood). And like @huskihl stated, go with the yellow chain and you should be golden. There are other brands out there that do sell .325 full skip chain if you are looking to eeek out more speed. I think its funny that 3/8 .050 or .058 is pretty much standard and then the .325 went with .063. .063 is better suited for bigger chain like .404.

I never figured that out either. FWIW, I went to the .325/050 and 23RS on our 241 and it’s the way to go in my opinion. Great little ATV and limbing saw.

Thanks I will check that out at my stihl dealer. My sprocket is severely worn so i figured it’d be a good time to try something new

I had trouble finding much on line other than eBay. I think stihl primarily uses authorized dealers. Those dealers can be hit or miss with knowledgeable staff, especially big box store retailers like Ace

Try at your dealer first. I asked my dealer a few years ago and they said they weren’t going to bother getting it in. But Stihl may have changed all of their .325 .050 chain over to the new RS pro . It gets confusing, as it doesn’t say RS pro on the packaging. You have to look for the sweeping raker as opposed to the triangle shaped traditional raker if they’re still selling off old stock

I'm running mine (ported) with this setup & a 7 pin rim sprocket. And a 16in bar. It's wicked!

Quick update:
I had to travel a little further but found a .63 gauge bar and chain.
I ran almost a full tank yesterday and it cuts great. I didn’t notice any obvious speed loss in limbing. I bucked about a 16” white oak and it did seem a tad slower than the 3/8lp there but not bad at all. After cutting, I didn’t feel like I needed to hit the chain with a swipe or two, which I generally did with the lp chain.
I’ll run this set up for awhile and give the .50 nk set up later down the road
