If you have access to a mill you could put an angle on the back of your v stack

Well a dirty but perfect dual keyway flywheel turned up in the mail thanks to the help and generosity of a member in the USA...... Thanks again mate!
I cleaned it up and fitted it to the saw this afternoon.
An OEM unlimited coil would cost me my left nut here in Aus, so I bought a cheap Chinese one to see how it would go.

bolted it all in, pulled the cord and it popped first go.

Kicks up and runs great.
It was a bit late to be pizz revving a 200 db saw in suburbia, but I did have to richen up the low end by half a turn to bring the idle down to 2700 rpm.

Will take it out bush one day and see how it tunes and runs.

The starter fit and worked perfect with the 1209/14 flywheel

What change may have been made to timing advance or retard to cause the need to add more fuel at idle?
The change saw idle jump to about 3500 rpm

Got my wrap handle bar and the blasted chain break wont reset with it fitted.

I believe 1903 is for a 064 its narrower than a 066

I bought the same handle for my red light. Same problem brake won't reset. I also didn't like the feel. The diameter of the tubing is smaller than oem and didn't feel like I could get a good grip, plus the angle was wonky.
