The port timing is 105/130/74 on the cylinder. good or bad ?

I checked the transfers 3 times because they seemed off same number every time . I guess I'm doing it right. Lol

Squish is huge though. .045. Not sure I want to drop the jug that much.

Just do a gasket delete, and raise the exhaust by the same amount, and the uppers by a bit more.

Ok. What the heck did somebody do to this one then ? Lol . I'm not sure what they thought the benefit was.

Looks like someone welded on a deflector to add length to the stock one. Wanted it to blow out straighter?

Looks like they welded an extension piece to get the exhaust out past the case. Prevents that case burn near the serial number.
Good idea there.

They've just added to the stock exhaust deflector. It will just redirect the exhaust towards the front on the saw. How big is the exhaust outlet under the deflector?

If your looking to do a muffler mod that muffler already has the hard part done. Lol
Just pull the screen out and you can get at the exhaust outlet from the inside with a dremel and make it quite a bit bigger. You can either put the screen back in when your done or leave it out. That part is upto you.

Wire brush and some BBQ paint works wonders. It's quick and easy.
