I have a couple Stihl ignition modules. I can’t find any part numbers on either. I believe they are for a 046. If I’m wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Don’t know how much to ask for both. I’d be willing to ship them in the USA. At my expense. If they’re usable? Can settle up later.

Those look like the Stihl "Universal" ignitions - part number 0000 400 1300.

Did Stihl put that PN on ignitions that don't look the same? IPL for my 026 and 044 show the same PN but the actual parts look nothing alike on the IPLs and what they came with originally.

They did - they even use the same part number for the two-piece ignitions that came on the 028, 038, 042, and 048 for a while.

Randy recently put a coil on my 044 off of one of his personal saws. I believe this would be the same. If you shipped these to Randy, I’d pay the shipping
