Taper down to 3/16" thick at the bolt holes.

That will work too. The bolt holes suck to do by hand without a mill but they can be done.
Next one, I'll get the holes larger before I bore the throat. This one I'll have some grinding to do

Same footprint for carb studs on the 066/660, 044/440, and 038.

I'll have the next picture of my 038 guys, my apologies, I get carried away with the 90cc stuff

So what are you doing about the filter cover and twist lock?

It's done, and its got pep. Way more pep without the restrictive oem choke and AF setup. I'm narrowing down production time too, but its still a good few days for me to make one.......... having to get a few passes on the lathe in between honeydo items takes alot longer than one would think
