That sux,, wishing all the best for the young lad., we’ve all made mistakes at some point it time.

my son, 19yr played silly buggers cleaning his motorcycle chain last yr.
He was lucky not to lose two ends of his fingers.
All I could say to him was, I’m sorry you had to learn a hard lesson… but your lucky to still have them.

I,ll add a pic of after the healing of the surgery to remove the finger nail that got pushed in it’s not that bad but, as I said he was lucky

Surgery went well. Hopefully he gets to come back to school next week.

I did the same thing as a teenager! I learned the hard way

I was relieved to hear that he did not get wrapped around a PTO on a tractor or get smashed in the face. I hope he recovers to 100%.
