Have my eye on a really nice 36" hard maple log and some other stuff at the golf course where i used to work. Also have a beautiful 16" poplar down behind the house that volunteered for dollar log duty.

Sounds like im headed out to the golf course dump tomorrow to get loaded up w some sweet gtg wood. Bosses are gone so its play time for the guys there tomorrow lol.

Got a few logs from golf course guys, while i was there a tree service guy came through and said he had some big beech if i wanted. Got some big wood home today.

I need to try to get the chainsaw mill put together (that i got from julian 3 years ago lol). One of the logs i got from the dump is a beautiful straight hard maple that would make some *b-wordin slabs
