I like the idea. I'm upgrading the carb on my 346 and might do something like this so I can run a filter

I drilled the mounting holes and got em countersunk. Marked the venturi hole and that's about it for today. Got other projects

Talking with a logger. All of theirs failed from logging use. Not cookie cutting.

Matter of fact he just bought a NIB 681 too.
I just happen to know where the stash is but didnt think the guy would sell any.

It's not gunna work the way I had hoped though. But should still work

I used a Poulan Wild Thing coil on one. The lead was way too short, and wasn't replaceable.......sorta killed the idea.
