Just put it between centers on the lathe, or v blocks on the mill.

Wack it around until it is trued up.

It really shouldn't move. That is a pretty tight press fit. Long as you don't get carried away with the weld.

The echo 590 that Joe ported is the meanest sounding saw that I've ever heard.

I'll just use my dremel to sand down all of the sharp edges so I won't hurt my hands
