The 064, like the 288, will bite ya if ya don't treat em like an old Mac.

Exactly,,, prime/choke it with ignition off, then roll it just past TDC, Now W/ignition turned on a solid good pull it should start right up!!! like my old Pan head with manual distributor!!!!
