I will soon begin harvesting my Habanero plant.
I like fresh juicy peppers the most, my Thai Chilly plant is drying up so I have been increasingly eating its peppers.

I don't like it much, it is not too hot actually barely is, it just tastes weird.

This one is my most recent favorite. The Guaps make a good hot sauce.

My exact impression. Edible but strange. Not as good as sriracha.

The "Original" Sriracha is really good, the "Mayo" is nice too.
I need to try the "BBQ" version though.




61% Chilli is just about sufficient to make this sauce interesting.

I picked up something similar to that recently.
It was OK, but the extra virgin olive oil gave it a funky taste.
I got the jar in the glass recycling, will take a picture of the label.

A single drop pure onto my tongue & worked around in my mouth gave me a hours long speech impediment.
My tongue felt "burnt" for days.

Once the burn sets in eating more won't make it burn more, actually the burn stays level as long as You eat it continuously.

The problems beging when You stop eating and oxygen gets to the heat sensors - no, the taste buds have no saying in it nor do they take damage from eating spicy.

And then there is the next day visit to the throne...

So, apparently this stuff might be available internationally under the brand "Pepper Pulse".

The sauces seem to be named identically.
I just checked.
