You don't have to/you can just add some agent for better conduction of electricity

I need to dig out an old charger and drum. My water is very high in iron and maganese so I am wondering how that will affect the process.

Found a low profile 20 to hydraulic jack that was all rusted up. You couldn’t turn the valve.
Hung it in the tank for a couple days.
I now have a low profile hydraulic jack

I need to go through it to see if it’s worth it. It pulled over but the muffler is smashed and possibly broken off the cylinder. Thanks for the offer. I’ll let you know if it ends up being worth fixing.
