I believe it's a sledgehammer for pounding posts. I think for wood posts.
I would have never guessed that but I believe you're right. Looks a lot like this modern version.

Metabo drill, 2 gears, mechanical impact and electronic regulator, I started the brushes and it works fine, so you still need to check the lubricant / 10$ Metabo 0172/2
S-metabomatic

Not today, but this week. 24' extension ladder so i can get on top of my shed and fend off the oak tree that's trying to eat it. I may use that as an excuse to buy an echo cs-2511.

And a new stove. I really hate having to spend money on responsible adult purchases, but the the old stove was down to one working burner and a random-temperature oven.

How many rungs does the ladder have? To be sure, I put a thermometer in the oven because each of mine shows the temperature differently

22. Too many!

I'm with you on the thermometer. Haven't tested the new oven yet because I'm lazy. I mean, "busy." Yes, busy is it.

Makita 3/8” VSR 4Amp Hammer / Drill. $7 at Goodwill.

Missing the chuck key, which will probably cost me as much!!!

I have been finding high quality, corded, electric tools, such as drills, routers, etc., very cheap lately, because everybody is into battery powered tools.

Sorry @Partner this one is complete and working!

That threaded hole is for an optional, helper handle.

Pretty sure I have an extra one of those, but not really needed on a smaller drill, like this.

Hopefully, I will also have a chuck key in my pile of drill parts.
