The ZUBAT is excellent for over-head fruit tree pruning or when you need to climb up a little bit in the tree. Amazing how fast it cuts. Really like the older one(different sheath) I use.

I bought one for my dad quite a few years back. I told him that I knew that I couldn't stop him from climbing his trees to prune (he was in his 70s), but I could at least minimize the time he spent doing it.

An oak tree fell from the neighbor's yard during the hurricane and smashed the hell out of my Chickasaw plum trees. I had a lot of broken branches to cut off, and I wanted to make sure the cuts were as clean as possible, so I figured it was time to get one for myself. You are right about that saw...it is amazing!

I got a 242xp in the mail from @HumBurner yesterday. Spent a couple of hours today tearing it down and giving it a deep clean in the parts washer. Put it back together, muffler modded it and tuned it. Runs like a champ, and looks good too. This rounds out my 2-series collection.

I don't see a 268XP in your sig.

I would like to see Masterminds saws listed in his signature…
I sell saws for a living...so my sig would be constantly changing.

My "permanent" collection includes a bunch of sand cast Poulan saws and a few cool McCulloughs.

Picked it up this week, putting a clutch in it and patching up the hydraulics. 94 3500CC with a 360/5 speed, only 66k miles. Nothing but places with light surface rust. Don't ask about the dash, it's a Dodge.

Your MS 170 will look cool with those on, even with the rear facing black one!
