I didn’t have to buy thisView attachment 384719

I went to their brewery, as well as Bell's, on a trip hanging out with a buddy who lives in MI.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (now called KBS because of a lawsuit) is one of my favorite stouts. It's rare I can splurge on it, but I cherish the flavor/body, as well as the memories associated with. Drank them for breakfast one day during Derby on that same trip, heading back SE through Louisville. Their standard porter is phenomenal as well!

If you try Bells and like stouts, go for the Explorer.

My pawn shop score this weekend. Got out the door with it for $300 cash. Strong compression and it started with just a couple pulls with quick throttle response. Looks scuffed up a bit but I think it's mechanically pretty solid. The 28" Husqvarna bar doesn't have a sharp lip but the chain is TRASH. Every tooth is rock damaged and is a different length, filed at a different angle. Some were almost gone. I put it in some wood and it tried to cut a crescent. Lol. I could lever it in and it still sounded strong. Looking forward to getting a new chain on it

An update on this saw.

We have a Stihl dealer in town near where I work. I stopped in there at lunch and asked for a 93 pin 3/8ths 050 full comp chisel chain. The guy looks for a second at the boxes of chain on the wall behind him and says, we've only got 91, is this for a Stihl? I told him it was for a Husky and he immediately starts some friendly ribbing for owning a "dirty Husqvarna" and told me to let him know when I want to buy a real saw. When I told him it's for a 2 year old 572xp I got for $300 his jaw dropped open. "I'd buy that!" he said. He had to cut my chain to length off a roll.

After work I put the chain on and cut a handful of cookies off a 10 inch trunk of blown down maple...

Oh my. I think I'm in love.
