There is a 51 on the chain driver, looking it up, it appears to be .058.

Edit: I forgot I have my digital calipers with me, just measured it, yup, .058 on the chain. I will measure the bar when I get home and see what the rail is at.

When I got home I was able to check both of my 24" McCulloch bars and both of them are .404 .058 bars. Should be fun to find, I know I can locally get 3/8 .058 and .404 .063, not sure about .404 .058.

Hey there folks, I am in need of some chain in .404 pitch and .058 gauge. I am interested in reels, complete loops or partial loops. I would also prefer full skip but will consider full comp or semi skip as long as it has full chisel cutters. If in loop form it will be going on a 42" McCulloch bar. I believe the chain should have 122 drive links but if I'm wrong please correct me. Thanks!

I bought spare tips of different gauge for my inverter flux core welder.
Missed out on flux core wire spools in two different supermarkets offering them on two consequent days.
WTF are people welding buying up all the wire spools?!

I was station at El Toro in the early 80s. Lots and lots and lots of Orange Trees while I was there. Visited about 20 years ago, all condos now. Only oranges are those in the grocery store, from whereabouts unknown. Smoky noisy F4s keep homes away, oranges never complained. Once the Air Base was closed, the oranges were in the way and on very valuable land. Developers got rid of the farmers fast and made a ton.

We had F-4s at the Fresno Air National Guard, I loved watching them fly and hearing them too. Before that we had the F-106s, they were great planes too!!

Awesome air frames, I crewed F-15s, F-16s, and U2s. I miss the sound of the fighters for sure, I am close to a U2 base so I still get to enjoy watching them!

I worked on the ILS, we had B-1s that would do run ups only a couple of hundred feet away...almost like two F-15s going full afterburner at the same time!! I wonder why I have permanent ringing in my ears....

The B-1 is such a cool aircraft, I miss running jets at full power on the trim pads. Almost scary when you are at full Jessie, nothing like it! Ears are forever scared for sure…
