A lot of those quit running from the crappy plastic intake clamp, and or the cylinder riser bolts coming loose.

I will give it a good looking through. He said it was running good when he put it up a couple years ago, he tried to start it up a couple weeks ago and it was leaking some fuel from the clutch side by the handle and it wouldn’t stay running.
