I thought you said you were not buying any saws until later this summer? Had you contcted me I could have sold you three of those running and at a better price.
You have McCullochs from when Jenn Feng owned McCulloch? Total for this one was $71 and that’s shipped, I made an offer which was accepted. Let me know what you have exactly. I know that when I do contact you later this Summer that you’re going to have lots of saws I want. Thanks.

I have no idea who Jenn Feng is and I doubt anyone else does either......... Owned McCulloch yep...... :confundio1: that seems funny

I do not have the ability to list every one of the saws here but you sure have the ability to list what you are looking for. That makes life easier

They are rarer. He owned the company for not very long. Mark Heimann of this forum has lots of the saws from the Jenn Feng period.

I bet you did not take the contents below.
It had been partially filled with concrete junk or I would have dug around. That farm was a time capsule up until a few years ago. I figured there were bottles and trash in the pit. The house had indoor plumbing in the early eighties or before but not much was disturbed around the farm until the owner went on hospice and family cleaned up and made some stuff wheel chair accessible. It was vacant for probably 25 years until he moved from his other farm to this one when his health got bad. The other farm was probably bad enough that an home nurse would have tried to put him in a home.

The City Museum in St Louis (which is incredible, and not at all what it sounds like) has a large display of items found in outhouses. Very interesting stuff.

Jenn Feng (Taiwan based company) owned McCulloch (North America) for about 9 years from 1999 until 2008 when Husqvarna acquired the name worldwide.

The 3505 is still a Tucson (AZ) McCulloch saw assembled in Mexico. This was during the period of employee ownership The Jenn Feng models look similar but are a vertical cylinder design rather than horizontal.

If not mistaken Tucson was just corporate and distribution center.... Manufacturing and assembly, at least in 91, was in Lake Havasu City Arizona....I was working there in the die cast department. Without Robert McCulloch Havasu wouldnt exist like it does today.

It was a few days ago, but after snapping 3 wedges on one tree coupled with never having enough in the first place I finally bought $200 worth of wedges. 4 in each size, I figure they outta last me for a couple of decades with the amount of cutting I do.

Steel ones are more durable 😉 I recently used them because I couldn't find plastic ones 😎🤠

Indeed Tucson was the location of corporate headquarters. Most of the assembly of that era (at least for the consumer saws) was done in Hermosillo Mexico. This covers the Mini Mac series, 3200 Series, 300 Series, and 600 Series saws. I suspect there were other "professional" models as well like the PM8200 and PM4300 assembled there as well but I don't have photographic evidence to confirm it.

Mini Mac Series - several flavors

3200 Series includes the 32, 35, and 38 cc models all built on the same chassis.

300 Series - this happens to be a Silver Eagle version

600 Series

Most of the corded electric saws (that I have) say "Made in USA", one could ascertain that some were assembled in Arizona. At least one model says "Made in Canada". Keeping in the spirit of this thread ("What did you buy...") this Silver Eagle SE250 just arrived this week.

Years ago I had a group of kids at the National FFA convention in Kansas City. The best part of the convention was going to industry tours and other attractions. One year we went to the Kansas City Toy Museum. One smart aleck kid saw a vintage toilet and took a poo in it. I would have liked to kill him except I did not know until we had left.
