I use these instead of screnches
These don't stab you in the ribs, thigh, sack like a scrench in the pocket can
These are smooth edged.
I use a tuning screwdriver for chain adjustment.View attachment 411392

Sencut honoris 17.00 probably my favorite knife very lightweight and well made.
Wow 5 for a dollar. Didn’t think anything existed that cheap anymore. Especially with the name Stihl on it. Oh, nice knife!

I get them for free at two local dealers. They don't give them out to just anyone. If they are aware you can tune a saw, and you ask for a few they will just hand you some, out of a bucket behind the counter for free. I have never bought one.

Cool, I’ll go to my dealer and ask next time I’m in town.

It may or may not work for you. Who knows?

I just was speaking from my experience. That I've never had to buy one of them little screwdrivers.
Yeah. They know me there. I’ll try and let you guys know if it works.

The blue one is a Metabo clone, it was probably lying outside, but it doesn't seem to be Chinese due to its age. Both cost $15 and require service and wires because they are cut, the blue one has a broken zipper to the switch, and apart from that they work even though they are 40 years old

Probably true but not a whole lot of folks have the saws that I have. The KMS4, 6000, and silver 112 are not all that common.
I like rare and old chainsaws, no matter the brand. Is just giving you a hard time.

What rate and interesting saws do you have? Let's do some trading.
All my saws are interesting..... But rare? Nope, to new for that. Everything I have is 1987 and newer.

I've got 4 64xx and 79xx makitas. 2 520i Makitas. 1 Ea4300 makita. 3 Dolmar 111s and 1 Dolmar 115i. As well as a clone ms880. A burnt ms360 and 029 farm boss.

I don't collect rare saws. I'd love to, but really for me personally I can't see having a lot of saws sitting around collecting dust taking up shop space.

With that said, I do like rare and old saws no matter the brand.

Well said, I'm of similar thinking.
And I don't have the space or spare change to purchase or trade for large lots to get that needle in a haystack prized single saw or two.
